Her integrated approach — shaped by professional expertise and her own journey overcoming significant health challenges — helps individuals and organisations build resilience and unlock sustained performance. She is also the founder of Lottiluxe Lifestyle, a holistic wellness platform for health, fitness, and sustainable lifestyle change.
