2. WHAT WE COLLECT
When you contact us or send an enquiry, we collect:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Your preferred destination and the treatment you are interested in
- Anything else you choose to tell us, which may include information about your health
- Medical records or reports, if you send them to us so a quotation can be prepared
- Messages you send us by email, phone, WhatsApp, text or our website chat Our website also uses cookies and collects basic technical information such as your device type and the pages you visit.
3. WHY WE USE IT AND OUR LEGAL BASIS
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange introductions, quotations and treatment coordination: your consent, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
- To handle health information: your explicit consent, given when you tick the consent box or send us your records.
- To respond to business enquiries about our consultancy, recruitment, training and device services: our legitimate interest in running our business.
- To keep records we are required to keep by law: legal obligation. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
4. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
We share your enquiry only with the partner for the destination you choose:
- Türkiye: Voyomed and its partner hospitals
- India: Sell-Efficient Ventures and its partner hospitals in Kerala We also use service providers who process information on our behalf, including our website and form provider (Wix) and our email and messaging providers. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
5. SENDING INFORMATION OUTSIDE THE UK Our partners and their hospitals are in Türkiye and India. Data protection law in these countries differs from UK law and may offer less protection. We send your information there only with your explicit consent, only to the partner for your chosen destination, and only what is needed to assess your enquiry and provide a quotation.
6. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
- Enquiries that do not go ahead: [12 months] from our last contact, then deleted.
- Enquiries that lead to treatment: [6 years] after your treatment is completed. Our partners and the treating hospital keep their own records under their own policies.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
You can ask us to:
- Give you a copy of your information
- Correct anything that is wrong - Delete your information
- Restrict or object to how we use it
- Transfer it to you or another organisation You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@mnphc.co.uk. This does not affect anything done before you withdrew it. We will reply within one month.

9. OUR ROLE
PHC coordinates enquiries and introductions. All clinical assessment, treatment and aftercare are provided by the treating hospital, which is responsible for its own handling of your medical information.

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
