With close to three decades of experience spanning the NHS and private healthcare sectors, he combines rare scientific rigour with deep commercial insight - leading a consultancy that sits at the intersection of pharma, clinical care, and patient outcomes. Marni is also a passionate advocate for the next generation of professionals aspiring to join the Industry, offering free mentoring to graduates and university students entering the life sciences sector.

Charlotte Findlay (DIWP) - Director of Integrated Wellness & Performance

Charlotte is PHC's Director of Integrated Wellness & Performance, specialising in workplace wellbeing, rehabilitation, fitness, mindfulness, and lifestyle transformation. She takes an integrated approach to helping individuals and organisations build resilience, enhance wellbeing, and unlock sustained performance - combining professional expertise with personal insight gained from overcoming significant health challenges of her own. Alongside her work at PHC, Charlotte is the founder of LottiluxeLifestyle, a holistic wellness platform dedicated to health, fitness, personal development, and sustainable lifestyle change.
