She takes an integrated approach to helping individuals and organisations build resilience, enhance wellbeing, and unlock sustained performance - combining professional expertise with personal insight gained from overcoming significant health challenges of her own. Alongside her work at PHC, Charlotte is the founder of LottiluxeLifestyle, a holistic wellness platform dedicated to health, fitness, personal development, and sustainable lifestyle change.
