With close to three decades across the NHS and private sector, he brings a rare blend of scientific rigour and commercial insight to pharma, clinical care, and patient outcomes. He's also a committed advocate for the next generation, offering free mentoring to graduates and students entering life sciences.

Charlotte Findlay (DIWP) — Director of Integrated Wellness & Performance:

Charlotte leads PHC's wellness offering, specialising in workplace wellbeing, rehabilitation, fitness, mindfulness, and lifestyle transformation. Her integrated approach — shaped by professional expertise and her own journey overcoming significant health challenges — helps individuals and organisations build resilience and unlock sustained performance. She is also the founder of Lottiluxe Lifestyle, a holistic wellness platform for health, fitness, and sustainable lifestyle change.
