Marni is also a passionate advocate for the next generation of professionals aspiring to join the Industry, offering free mentoring to graduates and university students entering the life sciences sector.

Charlotte is PHC's Director of Integrated Wellness & Performance, specialising in workplace wellbeing, rehabilitation, fitness, mindfulness, and lifestyle transformation. She takes an integrated approach to helping individuals and organisations build resilience, enhance wellbeing, and unlock sustained performance - combining professional expertise with personal insight gained from overcoming significant health challenges of her own. Alongside her work at PHC, Charlotte is the founder of LottiluxeLifestyle, a holistic wellness platform dedicated to health, fitness, personal development, and sustainable lifestyle change.
